1. Products will only be delivered to UK addresses.
2. Order will only be shipped once payment has completed.
3. All shipping will be first class Royal Mail. (1-3 Working days)
4. Products will usually be shipped within 24 hours of an order being received. If a product is not ordered on a weekday, please allow 24 hours from the next weekday for dispatch.
5. We are not responsible for delays in the Royal Mail delivery system, that we have no control over. We endevour to make sure that any issues are resolved quickly.
6. No orders will be despatched until payment has been verified and completed.
Accepted Methods of Payment
The following are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, eCheck (on larger orders), Switch/Maestro and Solo.
All card payments are carried out over a secure server, and no details will be shared. PayPal is used for the most secure possible transactions. They are the world leader in online payments.
Returns
Returns are only accepted in the case of faulty products or incorrect orders being sent in our error, if we are notified within 5 days of your order being received.
If any items are to be returned, an email must be sent to returns@hot-pack.co.uk before any further action is taken. Full order details and reason for return must be included in the email.
Returns made without permission from Hot-Pack.co.uk will not be accepted, so please make sure an email is sent as requested.
